We had a wonderful stay in Narbonne. Corrine was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and delicious. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and the location is great. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean which is important to us. The hotel decor could do with updating (it felt like a clean but over-priced budget/ student hotel). But I have read that the new owners plan on updating it so hopefully in the future the rooms/ decor will improve.

Great hotel in Narbonne

Wonderful staff and great breakfast. Curtains did not block out street lights at night but otherwise room was charming and comfortable. Location very convenient. We would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay. Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This was taken over by mother and son (sons?) in April of 2024 and we had a newly refurbished room. Love their passion for the place. They were so kind to me - helping me find something to eat - and translating for me while I stayed in the hotel room. Really went out of their way - and I am grateful!

A welcoming and friendly place to stay.

We were visiting our daughter for who lives in Narbonne for 1 night. When we arrived, the manager, Vincent, was very helpful in checking us in and showing us our room. He even helped carry our luggage in from the car and up the stairs to the room. (And back to the car, when we checked out.) Even though we said it was unnecessary, it was very much appreciated. I had trouble using the internet, and Vincent helped me solve the problem. If you want an authentic French experience in a small family owned hotel, this is the place.

I was in room 8 first floor and it was terrible with holes in walls, big cracks in the ceiling and wall paper falling apart. I felt I brought my 2 kids to a abandoned hotel or something like that. It could be only my room but still this place should not be on the orbitz listing. I am pretty upset with orbitz for suggesting me this place.

Antiguo pero cómodo y cuqui.

La estancia ha sido satisfactoria, la chica que nos atendió era encantadora. No había ascensor y nos subieron las maletas, eso fué un detalle!! La cama era confortable y la temperatura de la habitación también. El desayuno un poco justito en variedad, pero podías repetir. En general hemos estado muy bien. El hotel muy céntrico y con posibilidad de aparcar el coche gratuitamente por las calles cercanas. Volvería sin duda.

Très bon accueil.la chambre était très propre ,literie confortable. Un patio fort agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou le goûter. Leur petit-déjeuner est préparé avec beaucoup de soin et produits locaux de qualité. Gentilesse et prévenance . Tres bon emplacement pour faire tout à pied. Je recommande cet établissement.
