“I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. “Travelers BEWARE! When we arrived at close to 5:00 PM, the room was not ready. Room had a weird stench and there was hair on the bed. The property is ONE room with multiple bets in a private home with an independent entrance. The neighborhood is not one that you want to be caught walking outside at night. It was super noisy with cars driving by late at night with very loud music and planes flying over. Moreover there were some banging repetitive noises that I hope were fireworks. I feel that...

“# 1, very close to the airport. A very modern and clean place to stay, the outside pool and restaurant is a huge bonus. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would be very hard pressed to say anything negative. 100% impressed with the accommodation provided.”

“Deze ecolodge heeft geen 5 sterren en wie hierheen gaat voor luxe kan beter ergens anders heen gaan. Maar deze plek is fantastisch gelegen midden in de natuur, met wandelwegen naar een waterval. De accommodatie is dus heel eenvoudig met schone bedden en gedeelde douche en toilet. Maar als je na een nacht met junglegeluiden wakker wordt en het uitzicht ziet, wordt je direct blij. Ook de maaltijden zijn van goede kwaliteit en prijs. ”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating with bag storage and airport transportation but the condition of the property was very disappointing. The "garden view" was a junky backyard and non of the common spaces had air conditioning. The room didn't have any cups for water and the water for the shower didn't get beyond lukewarm”
