Great shuttle service to and from the airport, nearby bus station and nearby mall. They had our room ready with the extra bed for the third person which was appreciated. Smooth check-in and nice buffet breakfast available. Overall great value and we would stay here again.

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night.

Rooms are so small, beds are hard . Booked 2 adults ,2 kids but had to argue for another 2 pillows .Buffet was good and stay was cheap with free shuttle
