"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative...

Location was perfect directly across the street from the beach. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. We found it very clean! And the very little interaction we had with the front desk area was very pleasant. Great little gem! "
