We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didnโ€™t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attentionโ€”many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. Itโ€™s clear the property could benefit from some thoughtful updates. Another important note for future guests: the house is located very close to a busy road and a train track. The noise levels, especially at night, made it difficult to get quality sleep. This may not be the best option for light sleepers or those looking for a peaceful getaway. While the location has potential, the overall experience didnโ€™t meet expectations based on how the property was represented online.
