We enjoyed our stay at Boulevard Stays in Nashville. The location was great and the property was comfortable overall. The only downside was an issue with the air conditioning that we reported during our stay. Unfortunately, no one ever came to inspect or address the issue. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement in guest support and communication.

I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.

The room is spacious and has everything you need. The area is quiet, clean and safe to walk around. The walk to downtown is about 10 minutes. We walked to our concert at Nissan Stadium too. It was about 25 minutes. Nice restaurants and coffee shops around. A lovely park nearby too. When we arrived it was not easy to find at night since it was late. We also misread the room as 284 since the writing had a slash across the 0. The toilet was clogged and took til noon the next day to be fixed. The communication was very quick and efficient. There is also a washer/dryer which we needed, but could not figure out how to properly work. For the price and going rates of rooms, it was a good value. I would stay there again.

The room was spotless, and Sonders provided all the essentials you might need. It’s a self-check-in setup, and if you'd like the room cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Location is great.

Great location! Very walkable to downtown. There was an ant problem in the kitchen though and some small pieces of food left under the bed. I would stay here again though for the location and overall comfort.
