The room was spotless. We upgraded to an inside room with a balcony and the staff made the change very quickly and sent a bellman to assist with moving to the new room. The hotel is beautiful and we plan to bring our grandkids next time we visit.

Gaylord Oprland in Nashville was wonderful with beautiful Christmas decorations. Every staff member we encountered was smiling, helpful, and gave good information with a wonderful attitude. We loved it. The breakfast at The Cacao Bean was excellent.

Loved all the Christmas decorations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Help with luggage both at check-in and check-out was seamless and attendant very friendly. Valet parking attendants were excellent. Totally enjoyed the Riverboat Cruise at the end of our stay.......oh, and the ICE sculptures were amazing!!!

The hotel was so beautiful and clean. Everyone was so helpful!, especially a young man named Mario from Engineering/Maintance. On Friday morning at approximately 10:00 am he gave us excellent assistance in finding our way!
