It was clean and quiet, the two main things I am looking for when I travel for business. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Rock n Dough, was very good. The staff was friendly, efficient and responsive. Even though it allows pets, I can't say I heard any.

There were no national TV stations. You had to pay extra to”subscribe “. For what the room cost, I expected to be able to watch TV for news and entertainment.

Nos gustó mucho este hotel, sus facilidades, desayuno, estacionamiento, pero su mejor atractivo fue su servicio al cliente. Todos fueron muy amables, desde el front desk hasta la que trabajaba en el desayuno. Muy limpio y accesible a lugares de interes

So let me start by saying that this hotel itself is very nice. It’s clean, large room and bathroom, nice shower, comfortable bed,etc. ……but we were facing the road which was constant vehicle noise. There must be emergency services close because there was unending sirens and horns from emergency vehicles during our stay. Insulation and windows served as no noise barrier from the street below. Not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’d be in a room facing the rear. Ate at the adjoining restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also really tasty.

Staff was very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and wash rags. Only dislike was the breakfast options. VERY limited with very little options to choose from.

Excellent stay in Nashville!!
Amazing hotel. My son and I drove to Nashville from Ft. Myers, Fl. The hotel was amazing and had very nice large rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The staff is fabulous. The attached restaurant has excellent pizza and craft beer. The breakfast was great!! Perfect for a stay in Nashville with a free shuttle downtown Fri, Sat, Sun. We will be back!!!

This by far is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have been to the best. Ms. Lisa at the front desk was amazing and gave us the best service. She attended to all our needs. I certainly hope that this review makes it to her boss because they need to know how great she is. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

Great hotel
This is an excellent hotel. It was convenient for our purposes, clean, good breakfast, nice gym. My only criticism is that sometimes parking is very tight.

I travel alone to Nashville a lot to visit with friends. This hotel is very convenient, always clean, and I feel safe staying there. The staff is excellent, friendly, always helpful. The restaurant attached is excellent.

Check in girl was very nice and friendly. Restaurant and bar on site. Had pizza and micro brew beers. And both were good. Fast and friendly service in bar. Rooms clean and roomy.

Great find
The location was where we needed to be. It was safe and easy to get to. I needed to be able to work during the day and the room worked well for that. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and I would stay there again.

just in for an overnight to see a friend’s band. this Hampton Inn & Suites is a clean, easily accessible location. the staff is always very friendly. it’s close to East Nashville, where i visit; and also near the Opry Mills and downtown areas.

I spent an entire night sleepless as the vehicle outside my window had an alarm going off for hours. At 2:40am i had enough and i found a different hotel.

Please include the hotel confirmation code with every communication you send. I had the Expedia itinerary but without the hotel confirmation, she couldn’t even look us up under our names or phone number. Ridiculous
