“The price was ok, the property is not receiving the proper maintenance like the hallways, stairways, walls, needed attention like it wasn't clean, it smelled like old, molded, like humidity, the furniture were old with stain and scratches, the carpet were really dirty, the breakfast didn't have any protein at all, only sugar and carbs. The pool was clean and the towels were clean too but too hard (no soft), it didn't have enough chairs and non umbrellas or covers for the sun. In the room the...

“I do not recommend staying here. Dirty. Some crazy lady lives in one of the rooms. She walks around in the parking lot screaming at nothing. Prostitutes coming and going. It's not what it looks like online.”

“This was an absolute VIBE of an experience! We reserved The Muse and it was PERFECT. I thought I was gonna have an issue not having a standup shower, but it was actually not a challenge at all and quite enjoyable to use the deep soak tub. The vibe at night was cool too, with a Tenor Saxophonist and Guitarist downstairs playing. 20/10 - can’t think of another place to stay that would’ve been better.”

“The staff is not helpful at all. I have asked to change room or ask for extra pillows, they promised to call me to inform me when the room available but never did either I need some answer. They said they don't have extra pillows. I spotted baby roaches crawling around the hallway and room. The air conditioning smells musty. I don't complain very much but this needs the management attention.”

“The breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and we had everything that we needed. It is very close to Nashville Shores and there were several stores right there in the same parking lot basically. There was the situation of having a broken elevator and there were a couple of cleanliness issues that we noticed, but they weren’t dealbreakers”
