We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....

"It’s a very nice hotel located in the center of Tbilisi. This was my second stay, and once again, I had a very comfortable experience."

"He turned out to be a great friend. I highly recommend the place. Very convenient and terrific views."

"We would happily stay here again and recommend it to our friends!"

"The arrival is at Natali Inn, the hotel that was booked with the views and the location, which was the reason for choosing the hotel. But from that location they transfer you to another location and a hotel called Natali Boutique Hotel. That shouldn't be called a hotel. I all may travels this is the first time that I rate a place poor. I know it's not going to happen but a refund is deserved."

"This property feels like a scam. The room is extremely unclean and no basic amenities. Lots of stains on the sheets and curtains. The host was incredibly rude and dishonest, I had to call the police to sort out the money refund issue."
