โThe property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

โLovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampooโฆ a minor detail though.
Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon loversโฆ. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! โ
โJag och min kollega hade en vรคldigt bra vistelse pรฅ Duomo. Vi var dรคr i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljรถmedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvรฅl och mรถjlighet att behรฅlla sin handduk mer รคn en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde pรฅ bytte ut tvรฅlen och tvรคttade handdukarna varje dag. Det var ocksรฅ enkelt att sรคtta upp en skylt fรถr att slippa stรคdningen. Servicen var vรคldigt bra och god mat i restaurangen. Vi kunde fรถrvara vรฅra vรคskor dรคr sista dagen. Skรถnt med gym och trevlig pool...
โVery clean. Well maintained property. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Felt quite safe. Lovely grounds. But the best of all was the staff. From the receptio there, to the room service, to the people in the dining room and kitchen- everyone was friendly and competent and helpful. Will stay again. โ
โThe EH is a fantastic value. Room was excellent- very clean, air cond was great, hot shower. The facilities - restaurant, gym, store in premises at Lee great. The best part, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything without the busy aspect found across most places in Kampala. If I go to Kampala again, definitely will stay there.โ
