Everything was clean. The food was good as well. The staff was polite but client service is at the standard level. What I like the most is the location of the hotel. citizenM Schiphol Airport
Disappointed by the self serve check in . I paid almost $200 a room and only kiosks. Nobody there when I checked out. The good thing was I didn't realize there was a time difference between London and Amsterdam. Had I not stayed at the airport, I would have missed my flight.

Ruby Emma Hotel Amsterdam
I only stay at Ruby's whilst traveling in Europe. This establishment by far, the best of all the Ruby's in Europe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
