"Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean.
Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath.
The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking."
"Room was clean, AC worked well, room was smaller than shown in pictures, staff were not very good in being assistive with late check out, wanted me to pay another night for 2hrs extra. One way to loose returning guests. This was the first and last time I stayed here"
"No hot water and the shower head holder is broken and keeps coming off. The room smelled musty on arrival. There was water under the bed and under the bedside table. I stood on it when I got out of bed. Lighting was very poor in the room and the room is so outdated"
"Staff was helpful in some aspects They room was clean but experienced many problems such as the sink drain pipes kept on leaking dispite. The maintenance team fixing it 3 times The ac worked half of the time and the whole place smells like dmc fried chicken from downstairs and the shower privacy glass is still an issue allowing people from the bedroom to see people nearly naked in the shower. we tried to communicate with staff abour these issues and to shift rooms but they wouldn't shift us to a different room."
