โNice and family friendly, very central situated. Many shops and restaurants nearby, plus a trainstation and buses for public transportation. Very secure car park, behind closed gates. Great internet connection.โ
โThe apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only. Small details such as towel hangers, shelves etc are missing in the bathroom. But the overall look of the apartment is modern and nice.โ
โThe property is excellent. Very close to the city center and very clean, bright and comfortable. The management is difficult to reach and we had trouble checking in after hours. When we had problems with an electrical breaker, it took 12 hours to reach management but then the maintenance was quick and efficient. Luckily, we found the panel ourselves Bottom line: itโs a great place to stay if you are fairly self sufficient.โ
