"Pretty crowded but there was minimal wait for restaurants and pool wasnt too crowded if you are interested in that.. we didn't stay on resort much as we explored the island during our stay"

"We came here for a weekend staycation and had a great time. It was nice to hang next to the pool all day, the poolside bar and restaurant service was excellent. The entire property was spotless. We ended up losing power the as we were arriving to check in and even though it was at no fault to the hotel, they gave us a $100 credit towards the hotel restaurant. The way the staff handled the endless complaints, questions and calls during the power outage was extremely admirable. Everyone staff member was polite, respectful, courteous and helpful. Loved the location and being close to the harbor and seeing the fireworks from the pool area. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next staycation. Mahalo nui to the whole staff!"

"We loved close proximity to everything, loved the beach. However, there were not nearly enough servers for all the people near the pool. The price to rent umbrellas and chairs was $100 a day and unfortunately, sitting with our towels in front of the hotel got difficult after 2 PM because the tide would come in and wipe out all the sand. So unless you had beach loungers all your things got soaked. I was yelled at by one of the workers renting beach loungers for putting my things on the chair. I just don’t think they pay enough attention to customer service like they do in other hotels. I’ve been to the staff needs to learn better skills. The pool is also very crowded and the adult pool really is small with difficult to get drink service"

"Staff were very friendly and counter Lady was amazing by herself at 1 point multitasking. It was very close to food places. Maybe breakfast could be earlier then the bus. Alot of us missed the complimentrary breakfast because it starts when the shuttle leaves. Shuttle guy was great"

"Modern convention nice walking all day very closely to the beach beautiful. 36 floor city view is nice recommended.all restaurants close to everything. We stayed 8 nights taking Uber from this Resort is cheap. Thank you nice lady manager Lora ?working at towels area give us 4 beautiful purple laces . Absolutely come back for the next time."
