Centrally located. Lovely terrace overlooking port. Jacuzzi was a bonus. We had a problem with it when arrived, it was being refilled. Following morning it was green and unusable. They did come and sort it again and replaced filters etc. Then it was fabulous. Bed was small and sagged into middle. Otherwise no complaints.

They provide light beverage and fruits since they do not offer complimentary breakfast. Please give the staff a raise, especially the cleaning lady Irvina(?). She works too hard and POLISHES the apartment. I am currently staying at Milos and the cleaning lady does not do half as much(and the apartment is more expensive than this one) Jacuzzi and Bath stall are cool. The balcony with jacuzzi is spacious. Very relaxing to be in the jacuzzi. Finally, I appreciate the farewell gift a lot. First time a hotel does that for me. The apartment is in the heart of Old naxos town, right in the tourist area where there are many restaurants, jewelry stores and stores. For this price and easy access to the popular streets and port, this hotel is so worth it. Thank you for the stay

The hotel was very communicative, checking in and out was a breeze and they were very friendly. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants and the port. It was about 7 minutes walk from the port where we got off the ferry. Very clean and there is a wonderful patio with a private jacuzzi.

Excellent location! Very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds. The staff were very accessible by WhatsApp after hours too. There is a small kitchen which we appreciated and staff kept it stocked each day with the basics including bread, cereal, coffee, butter, some fruit, jam etc. I would def recommend. Loved the hot tub too.

We had an amazing stay and our favorite during our time in Greece. The view was awesome , and it was conveniently located near everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the port was a great spot to relax and enjoy some drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had a steam function. The only downside was that it was quite close to a bar that played music late, but it was only one night.

2/10 - 너무 별로예요

* At ~7pm we checked into Petra suite at the hotel * At 10:30pm, I took a shower * At 10:45pm, the glass door of shower door suddenly broken into thousands of pieces, cut my head, hands, and feet, with blood all over the place. We contacted the hotel. The staff, Giannis and a cleaning lady, at the hotel, , came 15 minutes later. He called an ambulance, which took me to the hospital emergency. In the hospital, I was treated for the wound, finding and cleaning all the broken glass pieces all over my body. The doctor gave me local anaesthesia on my left foot and extracted some broken glass pieces, he then stitched the wound. After that, the hospital took x-ray of my left foot and left hand. When everything is done, it is already 1:20am. The hotel staff, Giannis, picked us up from the hospital at 1:30am and took us back to hotel. The hospital prescribed a Tetanus shot and 6-day antibiotic. The doctor also told me to go to a local hospital every two days to clean the wound and apply new bandages. After 10 days, I need to go to a hospital to get the stitch removed. What is even unbelievable is that Maria, maybe the hotel owner, called me at 9am the next morning (7 hours after we came back from hospital) to insist that we pay for the broken glass door. She kept pressuring us all day, threatening that we won’t be able to leave Naxos if we don’t pay. They even got three policemen to the hotel to intimidate us. Stay away from this hotel!!
