“Parking was terrible with a huge removal truck in the way, car parks only suitable for small vehicles. Room had a dead cockroach with ants crawling all over it. No additional toilet rolls with maybe half a roll for 3 people staying two days. No elements on oven worked, and discovered office unavailable after 7pm”
