The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice and very accommodating to us. I highly recommend getting a river view room if possible, it was very relaxing to sit and just watch the boats go by. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we need to leave reality and recharge ourselves for a few days.

Room accommodations were fantastic. Everything's was clean, quiet, and enjoyable. Included breakfast was also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was really close to a lot of dining and shopping options. Definitely recommend anytime.

Facility and staff very nice, good breakfast. Seemed silly to be charged $4.95 a night for parking upon arrival. Why not include that in rate? All the website said was on-site parking available.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very attentive. This is not a normal hotel, though. It's a former monastery, and has the charm of a former monastery. All the rooms seem to be one offs due to the fact that it was a former monastery. Don't expect a hotel chain, and you will have a wonderful stay.
