I stayed here in the New Year of 2026. The stay itself was fine, but I have a major complaint about the way I was treated at check-in. I had communicated at least three times in advance via chat on the booking app that I wanted to book the balloon flight activity through the hotel. At each time, I was informed that it would be available for booking at check-in on the day. I had also informed them in advance that I would be staying in the New Year of 2026 and that check-in would be around 10:30 PM. However, when I actually asked to make a reservation at check-in, I was told that the activity was already fully booked. Shortly thereafter, I was told that they could arrange it through a friend of a staff member, and I was charged nearly double the regular price. Despite being repeatedly told in advance that reservations were available, I was suddenly told on the day that the activity was fully booked and offered an alternative, more expensive route, which left me feeling very distrustful. Ultimately, I feel that I was not properly informed or that information was not shared appropriately. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here for the purpose of participating in the activity make a confirmed written reservation in advance.

Beautiful view, jacuzzi worked perfectly. Room was beautiful and clean and picturesque. Perfect view of balloons in front and over our hotel. Would stay here again! Mehmet was wonderful in getting our belongings that we left on shuttle and we got everything back. And shuttle driver drove back same day to deliver our stuff back to us. Amazing service all around. Will come back to this hotel if we come back to Kapadokya.

Great room amenity and location, but bad service.

Beautiful hotel, nice views and great location. The physical hotel was great but breakfast offering is not as good as other hotels we've stayed in. They also have a very cute dog running around the hotel. Our experience with one staff was quite unhelpful and he is truly not meant for customer service. Seems unbothered to help find good prices for activities and also almost missed our shuttle to airport due to the staff mistakenly trying to charge us extra fees which were not applicable. The staff was also unapologetic even though they were proven wrong and just had us run as the shuttle was already waiting for us to leave.

The staff was by far the best of anywhere we have stayed traveling Turkey for a month! So wonderful with our two year old daughter. The place we stayed had a departed bedroom and living room - tons of space for our luggage and we could leave our daughter sleeping while we watched the sunrise. UNREAL views of the balloons - they literally flew over head close enough to say Hi! Highly highly recommend staying here! Easy walk everywhere and beautiful lounging areas to enjoy the balloons and views of the city.

ギョレメの中心地であるバスターミナルから歩いて5分程度で便利です。 ホテルまで坂道なのでスーツケースを持っているとしんどいと思いますが、リュック程度であれば難なく登れると思います。 坂の上にあるだけに眺めはよく、気球はものすごく良く見えますので、気球を見たいのであればベストな選択のうちの一つだと思います。 スタッフの人たちは要望を言えば柔軟に対応してくれます。ほぼノープランで行ってもやりたいことを言えばプランを組んでくれますし、明朗会系です。 レストランは周りにいっぱいあるのでご飯には困らないと思います。

Great location. Quiet. Lovely cats. Fantastic roof top view. Good housekeeping. Great hot tub although forcet changer impossible to change without brute force. Room was a little damp after a few days; sheets felt damp. Restaurant closed at 5pm. Coffee wasnt very nice. But room was very large and nice. Ambeince was lovely. Entrance appealing. Staff great. Location right near centre. If anyone reads this and sees the cat we called Spot then please feed her. Food from supermarket. She wanted affection and food.

The hotel stay was excellent. We booked a cave room which are situated on the ground floor. The hotel had excellent views, great to see the hot air balloons at sunrise. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We hired a car and there was on-street parking. For the price the hotel was 10/10.

Fabulous setting and viewing area for balloons.

This hotel is excellent for viewing the balloons. Lovely rooftop space for Breakfast and pool. Lots of steps up to the rooms so be aware. Nice patio area with table and chairs. Room is quite dark but stays cool. No full length mirror just a small one above sink. Had to open the front door to get some light in bathroom area for makeup application. Overall I would recommend this hotel, good location too. One downside is that they do not like card payments.

Güzel dekore edilmiş bir oda . Otel konumu ve dış görünümü güzel. Orta seviye bir kahvaltı ve yatak rahatlığı . Otele tavsiyem banyo kapısına mutlaka bir çözüm bulmalılar iple kapatılan banyo kapısı olmaz.
