Lived in three hotel in turkey this trip , this is absolutely the best . The most friendly and helpful staffs among all the hotels and restaurants we went to in turkey , the breakfast is delicious , the dinner is delicious and priced very reasonable, no wonder it is so hard to book. Cave hotel experience is unique. 4000 years ago how people lived in caves. Now we have all the modern facilities to enjoy the unique experience. Very comfortable and large space. Was truly exceptional service. Hospitality at the peak. Front desk, hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and any requests were welcome. Late check out was not a problem. Breakfast and restaurant was very good.

My room was beautiful and clean, I was very happy with the hotel. Walking distance into town, Staff was very helpful and kind, the spa service I had was amazing (Turkish bath and massage) Watching the balloons in the morning from the deck was perfect and not crowded at all. Excellent unique boutique cave hotel with excellent views of the balloons. Staff was kind annd helpful and the resident cats are friendly. Food is delicious. Hammam massage is a very unique experience. Highly recommend menemin for breakfast and the lamb rack special for dinner.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent - the views were stunning and the place was very peaceful. The staff made the experience even better, nothing was too much for them whenever we asked them for anything. A special shout out to Mr Yusuf who helped to get my hat back that I had accidentally left in our airport shuttle on the way to the hotel!

Our stay in Cappadocia was unforgettable, and the Kelebek Hotel made all the difference. Perched on top of the hills, it offers stunning panoramic views from its terraces, restaurants, and staircases. The restaurant and spa are both excellent—I ended up having all my meals there and enjoyed relaxing Turkish bath and massage sessions each evening. The hotel also took care of all my activities. I hadn’t done much research before arriving in Göreme, but the staff made thoughtful recommendations and organized everything seamlessly. Their hospitality made the trip entirely stress-free.

This was a great hotel. Very clean, very friendly & helpful staff. They had very nice areas around the hotel to sit and just enjoy the view or even have lunch there. The restaurants were close by. It was an amazing experience and this hotel just made it better. For any excursion we needed they responded right away. They were so helpful figuring out transportation for everything. Loved this place so much.
