Awesome hotel and even better customer service! Malik at the front desk was awesome and so was Sammy in the evening time. Room was amazing and breakfast was excellent. The best location in Cappadocia, walking district everywhere!!

We had a beautiful room, very comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom with great hot water and pressure, very clean, stunning terrace with jacuzzi, very nice breakfast, lovely staff who speak good English and booked a fabulous horse- riding adventure for us when our balloon ride was cancelled.

My stay at the Niche Cave Hotel was exceptional! Hilal and her staff were gracious, accommodating, friendly and very professional. They were incredibly helpful when it came to booking airport transfers and would have happily booked an excursion if I had wanted them to. I can’t recommend this hotel more!!

Our room was fantastic... carved into the hillside with a large bed and generous bathroom. The staff were excellent, and helped us in a particularly difficult situation when our bank froze our online accounts. They were able to arrange a call for us to the bank, as well as give advice for tours, etc.. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and in walking distance to food and shopping. The front desk staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I even got lost trying to find the hotel and they dropped me a pin. The address list on hotels.com is wrong.

This was easily one of my favourite hotel environments ever. The room was extremely lovely and comfortable and so unique in the cave. It was easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shopping districts in the city. Lots of activity all around the hotel. Hilal and her staff we extremely helpful and accommodating to help with airport transfers and tour bookings. So lovely and would definitely go back if visiting again.
