We just can't say enough about our stay at Bella Vida. The owner's are great. The property is so peaceful and tranquil. The amenities were even more than expected. Clean and charming. Breakfast is delish. Will definitely revisit this wonderful B & B.

My 23 year old granddaughter and I spent 3 nights here. We loved it - she came home telling everyone how neat it was and about eating breakfast with strangers was a neat experience. Wonderful hosts.

The atmosphere was incredibly unique. Surrounded by a miniature farm in such a way as to make you feel part of the family. The hosts were extraordinary. Belinda engages each guest independently, and treated each accordingly. Texas charm and hospitality were abundant. The property is surrounded by a locked gate and fence that adds to the feeling of security. You would be hard pressed to be treated better by a gaggle of aunts during Thanksgiving.

Southern hospitality at its finest

I couldn't recommend BellaVida any higher. My wife and I travelled from NY to watch the F1 racing at COTA and had initially planned to stay in Austin. I'm so pleased we didn't. Wimberley is a small quaint town with a range of tourist shops and restaurants (the mahi tacos at Chill's are great!). Its around 45 drive to Austin. You need a car in Texas so why not stay somewhere a little more authentic than the city. BellaVida puts the treat in retreat. This large (its Texas, of course its big) well kept ranch could warrant a 5* review alone. But, the real USP's here are Belinda and Steve. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed like old friends rather than paying guests. We stayed in the Magnolia and Denton rooms. The Magnolia is the premium economy of rooms, exceptionally clean and comfortable. However, the Denton suite is the full VIP private jet experience. It has so much space with a large bed and ensuite complete with a bath/shower. You could quite happily snooze your alarm and relax in here all day were it not for breakfast. Oh my days, breakfast is amazing! We stayed for 4 mornings and breakfast was first class each day. Breakfast was shared with other guests as Steve plays maitre d' alongside his hens and their little sausage dog. Meanwhile Belinda works her magic in the kitchen. I only wish I'd taken more pictures. If you're still reading this review please STOP. Do yourself a favour and just book a trip to BellaVida already! You won't be disappointed.

Belinda and Steve felt like family. My mom and I loved our stay! So cozy and quaint. We loved the decorations and personal touches. The breakfast and conversation was homey. Couldn't say enough! Also we were glad to meet their cute dog Gracie who made us smile! Highly recommend if you are in the area

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and everything was great! Belinda/Steve are very welcoming and sweet. The breakfasts were excellent. I will definitely love to return for a "girls" weekend.

Stay at Bella Vida Bed and Breakfast Retreat

Enjoyed our weekend trip to Bella Vida Bed and Breakfast. Run by a friendly couple, the retreat is a laid back calm place with roosters running around,a pet dachshund... It is relaxing and calm, there is a game room with TV etc,colas and ice cream you can help yourself to... We loved the quaint and quiet place... Only thing I was upset about was that our room was a Jack and Jill room with a shared bathroom which was not mentioned when we booked ourselves. During Covid times this was a worrisome point. So do double check before you book Suite Sarah or Suite Magnolia. The other rooms are fine.

This place is superb and should be your first choice of a place to stay when visiting the Texas Hill Country! The hospitality was very warm and unsurpassed. The home is artistically decorated with a beautiful and peaceful environment. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is wholesome and so well prepared. We loved this place and had such a wonderful stay!!!!!

Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed at. Such a charming place with the best hosts ever. So accommodating and welcoming from the fresh baked cookies, community room with other refreshments and the best breakfast! The place is quiet and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous experience!

The property was beautiful and very nicely taken care of. Belinda and Steve were amazing hosts, welcoming, warm and friendly, and took excellent care of us during our stay. The home cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious. We will be back!

This Bed and Breakfast did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The decor in our room was beautiful. The bed was super comfy. Overall everything was quiet and peaceful. This was exactly what we needed. It's close to Wimberly Square and Market Days. The owners are so sweet, very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back. It's the perfect Hill County get away.

Fun and relaxing!

Belinda & Steve were great! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Location was perfect and close to wineries, great restaurants and state parks for hiking. Downtown Wimberly had an array of shops filled with great finds. We had a great time, and plan to go back.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bella Vida for our 17th wedding anniversary. Even before our trip, the communication with Belinda was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was in order before we arrived including a special request I had made for my wife. Once we arrived, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the property and all the amenities. Our room was wonderful, just as described and we immediately felt right at home. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast served on an antique farm table. Steve, Belinda's husband was so helpful and we enjoyed talking with him throughout the week. He and Belinda both loved to share local information, restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the area. We loved floating in the Blue Hole and the Blanco River. Their recommendation for our anniversary dinner at Trattoria Lisina was excellent!!! We honestly didn't want to come home and extended our stay an extra day. It is one of the most peaceful places we have ever been for our anniversary. We truly left feeling like we had made two new friends that we would hopefully see again for another special occasion.

This is one of the coziest B&B's in which we've stayed. The entire site and rooms were immaculate and perfectly kept. The bedding was oh so soft too! We slept like babies! Our hosts were very friendly & the food was just wonderful. We will be visiting again soon! andwelcoming interesting.

We cant wait to go back!!!!

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! We all thought that the house and property is beautiful. Our room was incredible. We enjoyed the private screened in porch with swings. We had the best time. Steve and Belinda treated us like family. Even my 12 year old was never bored. The breakfasts were amazing!!! We are definitely coming back in the near future. We are recommending this place to our family and friends.
