Pesimo Hotel
Cuando leí las reseñas del Hotel pensé que estaba en una mejor zona, no me gusto para nada la zona en donde esta ubicado el Hotel, es un lugar muy sucio y en un lugar no muy bonito. Tuve temor de salir a pasear cerca del Hotel ya que no es un lugar que se vea muy seguro. No me gusto para nada este Hotel, deberían de tener fotos para ver los alrededores del Hotel.

Good value for money but mixed service
I agree with the other reviewers: excellent value for money, central location for train station and the Grand Bazaar Paharganj; well insulated, very quiet rooms despite the noise level of the traffic outside; excellent food and room service; good clean spacious bathrooms; good room service and waiters - especially Rade has to be singled out - all very eager to make guests comfortable and very helpful indeed. However, throughout the 7 days of our stay, the reception managing staff, especially one Mr. Amit, were unfriendly, unhelpful and even grumpily mono-syllabical to the point of being rude. Problems, such as the non-availablitly of our favourite room which we had reserved (repeatedly) and for which we even had paid a deposit were not explained nor was an apology offered - until the following morning by the friendlier manager Mr Mandeep Singh. There were many other occurrences such as our query about the return of our laundry on our departure day which was met with a surly: 'no laundry today' until one of the room service boys promised to look for the missing items and solved the problem. Mr Amit is not suited for a post in the service and hospitality industry - not until he learns to smile, to welcome guests and to try his very best to make their stay pleasant and comfortable, to solve problems rather than fob the guests off. At his rate he will be costing the hotel valuable business - at least that of international guests who expect good manners from hotel staff.

Solo para dormir si tu presupuesto es limitado
El Le Benz es basicamente para dormir si tu presupuesto es limitado. En general todos los hoteles en la zona de Pajargang. Una mejor zona se ira al menos al triple. La habitacion esta bien y la cama es comoda. El bano es el que esta descuidado. Para el desayuno sugiero pedir las recetas de la india. Sera mas rico y abundante. La zona es fea, polvosa y ruidosa pero no peligrosa. Es seguro y facil cambiar dinero en la recepcion. g

Wer nach Indien reist darf nicht empfindlich sein, aber.... Hygiene???? Vorne hui hinten pfui. An zwei Stellen wuchsen Pilze aus dem Boden. Bilder könn geliefert werden. Personal nicht gut eingearbeitet. Deskmanager nachts? Ohne Worte, schaut ein nicht einmal an wenn man mit ihm redet. Keine Ahnung wann der boden im bad das letzte mal geputzt wurde. Nur in Badeschuhen betreten!!!!!!!!!! An Expedia Bitte nehmt es aus dem Angebot.
