“Three elevators with only one of them working, the entire time I was there. There are stairs which I used once from my 5th floor room, but then discovered the stairwell does not open on the 2nd floor and the second floor is where the restaurant, bar, gym and everything else you might want are located. There's a sign in the lobby " Rise and Dine!" When I finally arrived at the breakfast room with, of course, my room key, I was asked if I had a coupon...meaning, had I paid for breakfast upfront?...

“The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste.”
