The room was very comfortable I love a good working heater unit because it was during a cold front, but the only thing about getting on the 4th floor is that the water may not be as hot, but all and all a good experience

Very nice Hotel, I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. Room was very spacious liked the fact it had a kitchenette, stove top, sink, microwave and Refrigerator. Room was clean, had a nice clean smell. Front Desk Staff very friendly very helpful. Brandi very knowledgeable of area Restaraunts.

It severs perfectly for what we were there for. I knew that I wouldn’t be in our room very much just needed a place to sleep and shower and was fairly decent, and so therefore it was perfect. I would stay again if used for this purpose again. Front desk was very helpful. And great location to plenty of things to do and food.

It was good. We had to move rooms do to a smoker not following the posted non smoki g signs. We had to move. I have sever asthama & allergy. It shut me down in minuites of being in the room. The front desk handled it quickly . They moved us to a much cleaner room without the cigarette smoke. Good service.

My only real complaint would be cleanliness. The stove definitely needed some attention. And the floor looked fine until I spilled water and upon wiping it up with the provided white towel, it was not even close to clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a nice size.

Room was clean. Facility too. 3 mornings out of our 6 day stay they were out of coffee at 8:am. Also no breakfast bars or muffins. Breakfast was advertised til 9:30. Staff were very friendly. No quarters available for laundry on sunday afternoon. We would visit here again because of location and staff. Some maintenance needed

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime. The noise level was unbearable — loud guests, slamming doors, and hallway noise kept me up most of the day becauseI work over nights. The pnly staff person the was pleasant and welcoming was Rena. The other two people were rude and very unwelcoming. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and cleanliness, but this stay failed in every way. I honestly only stayed due to the fact that we were wait for our apartment to be ready so we were short on cash. And i know it would take forever to get a refund to go somewhere else. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly recommend choosing another property if you want a clean, safe, and restful stay.

Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in order. The only problem I had was comfort, while trying to sleep. The pillows were to soft for me,due to a neck injury. All three put together didn't help. But overall I give an A-

The location was very close to food, dining, and entertainment. Located in a quiet area. The hotel was dirty. The lobby area, elevator, hallway to the room and the room was dirty. The floors don’t get mopped and rooms don’t get cleaned. I went to the nearest dollar tree and purchased bleach and fabuloso, and then clean the kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity, toilet, tub (dirt ring) and the leather chair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner because the floor was dirty and had long stringy black hair on the bathroom floor and carpeted area. If the hotel and the room was clean I would have given this location five stars.

First of all I want to say the front desk people at check in and check out were kind. As an extended stay hotel, I expected the room to have more things like plates, cups, utensils, cooking tools etc. in the cabinets. Even for 1 night, I was hoping for those items to eat in. I don't think I should have to ask but part of the experience of an "extended stay" hotel. While the flooring, towels, bed, shower and toilet felt fresh, stains on the counters/shelves, dirt underneath the liner of the trash can made me feel I would not want to stay here again. I also don't like being on the ground floor as a single traveler. As I was about to go to bed, the full size apartment refrigerator started making a loud noise. I decided to sleep through it instead of having someone in my room or having to move. I did have dinner leftovers in the fridge that I was able to microwave before my early morning departure.

The staff was very friendly and luckily the other hotel guests were not noisy, but it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair in the tub and on the counter when I arrived. No drain cover on the bathroom drain so you could see all the hair caught in the drain. Stains and damaged areas all over the carpet and bathroom counter. Lots of the furniture in the room was severely damaged. There was lots of mold growing around the vent at the elevator lobby that had been painted over. It's clear the entire place has not been kept up for years. I wasn't expecting much for what I paid, but I was definitely not expecting it to be that dirty. Also, it says breakfast is included, but they don't offer any breakfast. There is only a small coffee bar.

Horrible stay

So we get to the hotel & the gentlemen was friendly. So then we get to the room they have no ice machines on the property. They have ice trays in the freezer. Horrible Then i was looking for a coffee pot & they have none in the rooms. The only time for coffee is in the morning. So then we went to use the microwave to make popcorn & it was filthy. So i finally seen someone at the front desk told them about it. They went & cleaned it & i noticed the floor had crumbs on it. That happened after they cleaned the microwave. The bed (mattress) needs changing out. They didn't even have a blow dryer in the bathroom. The hallways needed vacuuming really bad. The bathtub had an acorn on the drain. Was not satisfied at all. Its a shame the money they charge you & things like this happen. I have a service dog & they charge me a fee & you get it back after you leave.

My overall experience at the extended stay was an enjoyable one, but for the room itself into 218 it was not enjoyable at all. When I checked in I usually go and check the AC and it did not blow hot air at all. And the room needs to be fumigated because it had roaches. Other than those two issues I usually have an amazing State at the extended stay so hopefully on my next visit it will be addressed thank you.
