Location was excellent for our cruise. We were able to walk to the terminal. It was between stops 16 & 17 on the hop on hop off bus route with like a four min walk which was so convenient. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. Staff was so friendly. We were able to walk to Bourbon st in about 20 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, and plentiful. Coffee was weak for my taste. Gym was barely adequate and not clean. No equipment wipes were available the entirety of my stay, hand sanitizer was also not filled there, or at elevators. The laundry that is available for guests had gym towels in there, and they were left there for over 24hrs when I attempted to use the machines. Front desk staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast and proximity to convention center were the two biggest highlights.
