I got rebooked from here into a sister property that was an extra half mile away from the conference I was attending. Additionally the room I was rebooked into had absolutely no windows which was difficult to deal with. Check in was difficult, getting ahold of the hotel via phone was consistently difficult. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Always made you feel welcomed. It was in a quieter part of town but still close enough to the action of NO. This building was established in 1830, it used to be a brothel, & it had once belonged to Marie Laveau’s husband. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is quaint. Because it’s an older building there is no elevator. The staff was awesome!!

The Inn on Saint Ann's is situated well in the French Quarter. It has historical charm but needs a refresh. The staff were friendly enough and accommodating. They communicated well and were eager to assist. I would provide this property as an option to friends when visiting New Orleans.

The property was nothing like the online photos. The safe didn't work, the phone didn't work, the water pressure was almost nonexistent, very little to no hot water. If there was a way to get a refund I would!

Couldn’t get our room until 6:00. Had to wait in the lobby for 3 hrs. No internet, no hot water or pressure, no maids. Was promised a refund for 1 night which never materialized and they will not return calls. Shabby property. Stay somewhere else

We do apologize for the wait you encountered to get into your room. We were short on housekeepers that day and did the best we could to insure your room was clean, comfortable, and up to our standards. Compensation was given for the first night. Again we do apologize.

Loved everything about the stay! There is a lock to the courtyard and a lock to the door, so definitely felt safe. Walking distance to the Louie Armstrong park, Bourbon Street, food, bars, local grocery, easy to catch an Uber, and staff will even help set up transport to the airport if needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The ONLY real complaint I have is that the tub didn’t have a stopper or drain cover, but that’s it! Not a deal breaker by any means. Love, love, love… and will be back!

When we arrived we were greeted and checked in to our room. Walked up to room 72 and found it to be clean, and in good condition. I was totally taken back by the fact that we had no windows, so it was basically a dark box. There is wear and tear on bathroom, and it would have been nice to have a small bistro table with a couple chairs in the room. There should be some information given when booking that the rooms are windowless

Since our hotel is located in a historical home only a few rooms are located in the interior. We do apologize if this put a damper on your trip and overall experience. We ask that you try one of our sister properties for your next stay. Hopefully you enjoyed New Orleans and all the city has to offer

We had a problem at the check in, but they solved it the day after. The woman at the front desk was super nice and apologised for the problem it occurred to us. The room was great and the area is really close to many interesting points as well as the main streets of the French Quarter.

This is a horrible place to stay if you are a female. The picture that Expidia used presented a false narrative of the place. And there is not an elevator. I had to go across the street to the actual place to get a room. I left immediately.

Noone answers the phone for service, no 24 hour service. Outside patio is buckled and rotting causing trips and falls

Hi JamesWe apologize about the phone system going down over the weekend and the delay in fixing it. Due to Mardi Gras we were unable to get the phone company in to address the issue with the city closing off the streets for them to drive down. This is a much older facility than what im used to staying out, but it is well maintained, clean and charming. The only thing missing is an elevator.

The attendants at the property were so nice to me and made me feel at home, they helped me find things to do and places to eat at. I arrived at this venue super sad and they made my experience way better. My room was quiet and the outdoor view from the room is beautiful.

Mr. Dewayne treated me like family. He provided excellent support in terms of dining and transportation recommendations even loaned his umbrella to me on a rainy day. I would definitely stay again. The area was safe and within walking distance, about 10 min., from bourbon street attractions.

Overall we had a great quick stay! It is so convenient and walkable to get to all the classic spots and very reasonable prices. The staff we encountered were all very nice and everyone was working hard! As others have mentioned these are old buildings so expect to have skinny walkways and no elevators. They only bummer was that our water wouldn’t get hot or even warm in the shower and because we were given a room in their sister property across the street the Wi-Fi didn’t reach and I unfortunately had no service in the room. Super minor stuff but it was such a great location for a very quick trip to New Orleans!

The photos of this property do not adequately represent the conditions of the room. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean. The woman at the front desk was nice, but not welcoming in anyway. There were other staff that were more welcoming during our stay when we came back from a walk. Our room had curtains/blinds (three of them) that were broken. We were not able to let any natural light into our room during the day. Overall, this hotel stay was adequate for our one night stay, but we were not overly impressed with this property.

Really friendly staff that will take care of you if you need anything during your stay. Historic building and location at a fraction of the price of its competition. Really happy with this stay.

The staff were very nice and accomidating and the rooms were clean. Property was in walking or cycling distance of alot of places. The only thing I would have liked to have had was a microwave and fridge in our room.
