The space was clean and worked well for our family. We could walk to most of the attractions we came to visit. Although there is no on-site parking, there are many affordable options nearby.

Mardi Gras trip 2025

Amazing room and service!

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service from Renee has been impeccable and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location and you can easily navigate to any restaurants nearby and it’s not a far walking distance to the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here again.

Bayou Classic weekend, 50th anniversary ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. My only complaint would be the absence of parking but we were directly across from the Casino so there is more than enough parking in the area. Dom, was amazing in providing information and assisting with everything related to my stay.

It’s great unless your a woman traveling by herself! I did feel a little on edge while there, but that is just my over cautious self, with my husband I felt safe, the staff were so kind, it’s was around a lot of great things that were only a 20 minute walk. I had a room/apartment on the first floor, bigger than my apartment at home. However, at home, I am on the 17th floor. In this 'hotel,' I was on the first floor adjoining the sidewalk of South Peters. I was able to easily listen in on conversations going on between folks on the sidewalk. The place had a full kitchen, a huge bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a door to the bedroom that, when shut, kept me out of the conversations on the sidewalk. A safe Warehouse District location near the Riverwalk Outlet Mall.

This property is in a great location being midway between the Conference centre and the French Quarter, both being an easy walk. There are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The river walk is also nearby. I gave the property a lower rating than I otherwise would because the description did not state that the windows faced toward the internal space. So there was no view, and we kept the shutters closed most of the time because it was too easy to see inside the units.

Not Pretty but Functional and Affordable

The location is walkable/accessible to a lot of what New Orleans offers. That also means there will be revelers sometimes at night at the nearby restaurants/bars. The front of the hotel requires a passcode to get in, so make sure you know the time you have to check in by so someone can let you in. They told me they're there until 5pm but sometimes leave at 3. They'll give you the passcode at checkin, and you can also use your key card to use the back entrance. The building itself is worn and outdated. The elevator wreaked of used mop water. The room is also worn/outdated, but is comfortable enough and provides everything you need. They do not provide housekeeping during your stay. They did provide a bottle of water for each day of my stay. (I had the loft with a full kitchen.) The AC was on point! While it's not the prettiest place to stay, it was comfortable enough and worth the value based on the cost of surrounding hotels.
