위치가 매우 좋아 프렌치쿼터 관광하기 편했고 시설도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 직원들의 서비스 응대가 신속하지 못했고 호텔스닷컴 정보와는 달리 주차시설이 없었으며 조식도 제공되지 않았습니다.

Hotel was well-maintained and in great condition. Bed was very comfortable and shower head was amazing. Staff was also friendly and accommodating; would stay there again.

Easy check in. Got a suite with kitchen very spacious. Parking garage next door you do have to go up several levels for self parking as the lower levels are all valet. Easy to walk most anywhere you need. Street car stop across the street. Incidental fee was $20 per night, if you purchase anything from the snack area at night its card only or you can charge to your room. Only thing I did notice is you don't have to use your keycard for elevators, alot of NOLA hotels do this for security. The front desk was always staffed. Overall great stay.

I loved this property! Our first time booking a hotel instead of Airbnb in NOLA and I will say I’m booking here EVERY SINGLE TIME MOVING FORWARD! Walking distance to Bourbon, lots of food nearby and options! I wish I could gatekeep this place but I have to tell it! Only downfall was they didn’t have a bartender on site so the bar wasn’t closed but if it was omg that would have been the icing on the cake!

The room was a good size and had a great view. The service, if you can call it that, was lackluster. In fact, they will only provide service after the 3 or 5th day. And, if you are only staying 4 days, whether you request it or not, they will not service your room. I received that info at checkin after prepaying for the room. I am a Marriott member, but in the future, I would have chosen to go elsewhere - unless I pack a broom, mop, cleaning supplies, garbage bags and allow extra time to perform the tasks. What has happened to the hospitality industry.

The hotel was close to canal street and the streetcar. Really enjoyed that! The only thing I didn’t like was my mattress in my room sunk down probably do to a lot of people sleeping on that side.

We didd not like the fact that they did not have any breakfast options for the amout of money charged per night . I would expect more from Marriott , also you had to stay 3or more nights to even request for housekeeping services, and 5 nights for scheduled housekeeping. We had to ask for more towels, toilet paper and paper towels and tradh bags .

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms that are fully equipped. Friendly staff. Hotel is a few blocks away from restaurants and night life. Wish there was a swimming pool for little ones. Will definitely return to this property next time in the Nola.

This property is BEAUTIFUL! The warmth that just radiates from the lobby is soo inviting! We got the suite with the kitchen and once again no matter the state the Residence gets it right EVERY TIME! Clean, comfortable, quiet (I mean it’s New Orleans lol) and safe! After 10 you need keys or the bellman who is always on standby! Within walking distance of EVERYTHING on Canal and Bourbon! Would recommend and rebook over and over again!

Room was clean and nice but seriously lacked storage space for bags etc, we had 4 people and our bags were kept on the floor with only 4 small drawers available total for the room, would not be an issue for two. I'm not a regular traveler but not getting fresh towels everyday without asking for them is normal?

We ended up staying at this location three times in the span of two weeks. Awesome staff. The only problem was the elevator was down to one. Staff assured us that the elevators will be replaced in May so this won’t happen again.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. The location was very central to all the activities we wanted to do. Everything was within walking distance. The facility itself was just ok. There was a broken elevator that caused delayed pick ups and over crowded rides. We were there 4 days and never saw an attempt to repair. Our room was not as clean as one would expect. There was false eyelashes glued to the carpet. The side of the toilet was obviously not sanitized ( won’t say what we saw). Room is not cleaned everyday. That was very disappointing for us. Only 3 day cleaning schedule. I would definitely pick another hotel for my next trip.
