Great safe location, clean and well appointed with all we needed. Though a bedside lamp, could be helpful. Restaurants close by. 3 blocks walking to the Convention Center. Perfect for my needs.

The property was very close to all the places I needed to visit during my stay and the best part was it was all within walking distance. Very close to the interstate which was a plus. The room itself was wonderful. It was very roomy. We love how it has 2 bedrooms even though it was only my husband and I. The living room was far enough away from the bedroom so we were both able to watch what we wanted on separate TV. I would gave loved to have a tub but the shower was nice. The space was nice enough to the point of turning without having to hit the wall.

We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good faith. The replacement was significantly farther from the convention center. We had no vehicle, and my wife had to walk in business attire through high heat and humidity. This caused substantial inconvenience, additional travel time, and hardship, significantly reducing the value of our booking. We requested a refund to move to a more suitable hotel. Roami initially appeared accommodating but ultimately denied the request because we had accepted the relocation. Roami offered a monetary inconvenience payment, which we accepted. Because we booked through Expedia, Roami stated Expedia would process the refund and assured me the request had been submitted. Five days later, Expedia confirmed it had received no such communication. I spent hours dealing with both parties trying to resolve this. Additionally, I reported spotty or nonexistent internet service four times. The first report was ignored; the next three received promises to investigate, but the issue was never resolved.

This apartment is great for those who want a quieter place from the action, but still walkable to it. We had teens with us and it was perfect to have 2 bathrooms. It was clean enough. I wish they had a full length mirror in order to view your outfit before you venture out into the city. Close to the interstate highway, but never heard it inside the apartment.

The apartment was conveniently located to the convention center. The apartment overall (203) was nice and stocked appropriately. The toilet paper holder in the en-suite is coming detached from the wall and the en-suite toilet seat is broken. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is also broken. The beds were comfortable and the provided toiletries were appreciated. The area is a bit noisy at night but it’s New Orleans, so it is expected. We would stay there again if we have events at the convention center.

I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and available to answer any questions I had, always responding in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again!

The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.
