Excellent hotel at great location

Amazing stay. Great location. Close to amenities and MRT. Incredibly comfortable room that is stylish and well furnished. Staff are friendly, helpful and always there to answer any queries you may have.

Location! Location! Location! One of the only reasons we stayed there was because it's location was very nice and it was near the MRT. There wasn't much service though. They spent only like 5-10 minutes cleaning our room so we question the cleanliness of our room.

Modern & spacious room opposite fr Linkou station

The Deluxe Twin room was spacious, even after we had a third bed arranged. The decor was modern. Room was very clean. Beddings were super soft. We walked to the Mitsui Outlets and had dinner there. Enjoyable to have had a stroll along the local streets for bubble tea as well. We stayed one night and headed to the Taoyuan airport the next morning. The train station was right across the street. Extremely convenient.

Great location and tidy room with a few turn offs: - water leaked out of shower door since the sealant was loose - cigarette smell was basically everywhere; in hallway and in suite - shower head was hard to use - it took some time to get in an elevator - this hotel is not for someone who is sensitive to noises as the train comes and goes every few minutes

The hotel is very convenient and walkable everywhere. The amenities, conditions and facilities are well taken care off. I have used the gym many times during my stayed. It does get little over crowded on certain days as there is only one bench press ( first comes first serve). There are more cardio machines in the gym, the pool is clean, there is a massage chair and a place for kids to play. There are many dining options and seems like most companies used this hotel for meetings or weddings. The hotel services are great and we have our rooms clean. The only downside is they do not focus on cleaning the back side of the toilet, there are dust and I find a can of beer in the back. I am not sure if the cleaner actually pay attention at those hiding spots to clean each room. Lucky there is no insects or anything, since Taiwan is different than any other countries when it comes to keeping things clean. Another downside it can be really loud during the day since it’s closer to the main street. Overall, we enjoy our stay and service. It was also easy to extended our stayed with them and the process were very quick.
