Everything was perfect! The work lounge is great and the rooftop is beautiful. You can’t beat the location in terms of walkability to everything and also the subway. Highly recommend!

Staff was great, the location is good (next to lower east side and SOHO). Room is fairly nice. Common area generally has people, rooftop bar isn’t bad Negative points are that blackout curtains don’t work well, cleaning staff did not vacuum well (dirt/leaves brought in from rainy days), the gym is a joke (only dumbbells and treadmill - not even a bench), many homeless men sleep outside just to the right of the hotel although they are harmless

We loved this hotel. We visit New York City a lot, and this hotel was such a surprise! The location is excellent for subway stations and for walking. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the amenities are great! We LOVED the rooftop deck as it is hip and cozy at the same time and has AMAZING views of the entire city! The lobby has a great meeting and workspace. Check out this hotel if you haven't been before!
