Cute little place. Small room, no amenities but the rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Great location. Street noise may be a problem for some. Even though they provide ear plugs, if you need 100% quiet to sleep, this might not be the place for you. I slept like a baby all 3 nights, though!

The rooms are very clean and the Housekeeping is very good. The hotel itself is quiet, but there are lots of state noises to be expected from being in New York City. This was my second stay there and both of them have been excellent

This was a gem of a find for the price paid for the room. Similar rooms were going for three times more. The room was clean, in a GREAT location, had a kitchen to make breakfast at, and most of all the property managers were helpful and very accommodating to get me into the room quickly and with no hassle, on a booking day almost everything in the city was sold out. Thank you for the great stay!

It was good to find a well located hotel during a busy & expensive time of year. One guest would mark it negatively, reporting their side of the bed badly broken, tilting them to the floor all night, and with very little water pressure in the shower. The other guest, a former NYer, was happier with the hotel.

The rooms are small but quite efficient. There is kitchenette area. Enough room to walk around the bed and a bathroom. We've stayed there several times and will continue to. Note: we usually face 9th Ave however this last stay we faced 1st and it was terribly loud. The hotel offers ear plugs, which was nice but going forward we will request a room facing 9th!

The location was simply amazing and it was handy to have the kitchenette. But the floor was dirty and soap was missing. I called to ask for both to be fixed. Eventually we got soap, but staff didn’t help with the floor as reception said they would. Beds were comfy, but pillows were like bricks. It could have been an amazing stay if the room was given a tad more love and upkeep.
