My wife and I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months when we visit NYC. Marvin (General Manager) and his entire team are fabulous. They are so nice to their customers, offer advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc., and they work to get guests into very nice rooms quickly. The hotel is always in impeccable condition, and hotel is very quiet. My wife and I have never had a bad room, and one time when the cleaning staff accidentally threw away something from our son’s room, Marvin and his team took care of this issue to assist us. Highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in NYC and close the Hudson Yard, Times Square and within walking distance of so many things there are to do in NYC!
