It was good at New Year time they were very busy but all over it was great especially the restaurant inside of Hilton garden Inn.

Very friendly staff, clean room, love that there was a microwave and fridge in the room. Slow elevators, wish there were fans in the bathroom, wish there was actual room service to order and not just the restaurant.

Staff was welcoming and courteous. Lobby can’t hold the number of guests who need a place to socialize. There is a steakhouse next door. Location great, off broadway. Take the 1train from Penn station walk four blocks north. I would stay here again, but that depends on the price.
