We booked and checked in on Dec 31th to see the Ball Drop. When we came back to the hotel after the Ball Drop, we were confused about our room number and asked desk man, named Raymond Anthony. Anthony replied to us in a very rude and arrogant attitude. We initially asked him if he could run our names and search of the room number, but instead he just kept saying ‘how could you forget your own room number, i don’t know your room number, how can i know your room nunber' like there is no way to help me. It was as if he was told me off.
he seemed very annoyed and irritated. He ruined my New Year's Day. I didn't expect great service, I just wanted the least manners. He had neither manners nor respect to his customers. This was my worst New Year experience in NY.
Also, the rooms were terrible at blocking out exterior noises - we suffered from loud noises throughout our stay.
