도보로 많은 곳을 갈 수 있고 지하철도 가까워서 좋았다. 처음에 체크인 할 때 물이 필요한지 물어보지 않은 점이 아쉬웠다. 코로나 이후로 물은 로비에서 달라고하면 준다. 매일 로비에 가서 물을 타야하는 점이 아쉬웠다.

전반적으로 시설도 만족스럽고, 위치도 좋은 호텔! Staff들도 매우 친절한 호텔!!
Room 준비에 시간이 조금 더 걸려서, Check in 시간보다는 늦게 투숙했지만 방도 깨끗하고 침구류도 깨끗하고 전반적으로 시설이 좋았습니다. 또한 Staff들이 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 엘레베이터 작동 방식도 Pandemic 시대에 적절한 시스템으로 생각되었습니다. 위치도 매우 좋아서 여러모로 좋은 기억으로 남은 호텔입니다.

위치 굿, 시설 깨끗
위치가 정말 좋아요. 지하철 도보 2분(펜스테이션도 바로 인근임), 메이시스백화점 비롯하여 DSW 및 미국 중저가 의류 상점들 주위에 있고요. 맛집들도 인근 많아요. 또한 1분 거리에 24시 마트들이 있어요. 타임시티는 도보로 약 10-15분 호텔 시설도 최근에 지어져서 그런지 깨끗했습니다. 고층 하이라인뷰룸에서 지냈는데요. 앞에 고층건물들이 있어서 사진에서처럼 하이라인을 볼 수는 없고 고충 건물 뒤로 멀리 하이라인을 볼 수 있습니다. 가격이 더 저렴하다면 시티뷰룸도 괜찮을 듯 하네요. 어매니티는 칫솔,치약 제외한 아베다 욕실용품으로 제공되구요. 아쉬운 건 무료 생수가 없어서 따로 사마셔야해요.

This hotel is average. If your looking for top of the line service. This is NOT it. Room service never showed up the second day we were there. No staff assisted us with the luggage cart or our bags as we left the property at checkout. Bathrobes, as advertised, were not provided. Tissue box never replenished.

My stay at Renaissance was one of my very best stays in a long time in a hotel! The staff and service was amazing, they were so friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was checked in right away as my room was available. They offer breakfast and appetizers certain days of the week and the set up and food was really chefs kiss. Everytime I returned to my suite I felt a sense of security. The lounge area is stunning and sets such a tone. The commute to Times Square is 12 minutes walking distance and everything is very close by. The subway station as well is minutes from the hotel.

Me and my partner enjoyed our time at the Renaissance. You're located is an area thats pretty much close to whatever you might want to visit. You're literally next to MSG blocks away from Time Squar, Empire State Building, Central Park.The room itself was conformable and did us justice for our stay. Check in was fast and easy. We were in our room in no time!Subway access was a breeze being that theres literally one around the corner. Best Bagel & Coffee is located across the street if you get a chance to go i would highly recommend best bagels and coffee nearby

The staff ignores at the restaurantin site for literary 20 min after being seated and ordering a drink, the server said he'd give me time to order, never came back, I had to call someone over. The hotel itself is nice, clean and in a great location just far and close enough to Times Square

Good location, clean, comfortable and spacious. Only thing would be the hot water took a long time.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Everyone was very friendly. The only slight negative was elevator wait time. But it was New Years in New York so there were lots of people. Hotel was quiet and safe. Bed and shower were both amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to most attractions, dining & shopping. The restaurant, VERSA, is 1st class. Excellent food for all 3 meals w/very generous portions. Some of our favorite meals were there. The hotel is very modern & the rooms are nice, though there are a few quirky things about them. Our room had no dressers. There's a wardrobe for hanging stuff, but no place to put other things that don't get hung. As a result we had to keep things in the suitcases, but there's little room to even keep the suitcases. The room (2 queen beds) was very small w/little room to walk around without bumping into each other. The bathroom is very "different" too. While it has a nice, modern look, it's not very practical. Bathroom door is a frosted barn like door which slides closed....but the door really isn't shut. It's the equivalent of having a curtain hanging in front of the door opening, thus there's really no privacy. Though this really isn't a hotel issue, per se, our last night there the hotel was hosting the PBR--Pro Bull Riders who were having an event at MSG. They apparently had a party in the restaurant late evening/early morning and the music was deafening throughout the hotel rooms---even as far up as the 17th floor which is where we were. At 1:00 am the music & noise was outrageous. It put a damper on our final night there, esp. since we had to get up at 3:30 am to catch our flight. Liked the place, but may look at other options next time.
