너무 깨끗하고 모던한 부띠끄 호텔~ 세련의 극치! 위치 최고이고 타임스퀘어가 살짝 보이는 전망도 너무 훌륭했어요~ 호텔 청소상태 최고. 호텔 특유의 향기가 방에서 샴푸에서 비누에서 전부 나는데 그거 너무 너무 좋아서 계속 킁킁거리고 다녔네요^^ 룸서비스 브런치가 너무 맛있어서 두 번이나 먹었구요, 우리의 매니저 Mr.Kamil Ward, 최고에요! 방이 좀 좁은가 했는데, 뉴욕 시내 다른 호텔 가보니 에디션은 좁은 편이 아니었어요. 담번에 뉴욕에 가면 꼭 다시 여기로 올거에요~

Love the place!
The place was so good. It's right in the middle of Times Square, so you can walk right in wherever you go. The room was the smallest of all the places I stayed, but considering the price and location of New York, it wasn't bad, but the staff were very friendly above all else. It's not very common to be able to look down on Times Square at any time. I was very happy. I can only tell you one thing. The next door smells like weed for two days. I just hope they had fun in New Yor Lol.

정말 후회 없는 선택이었어요. 직원분들의 친절도가 최고였어요! 룸서비스로 주문한 음식 맛도 정말 좋았어요! 흠을 찾는게 너무 어렵네요.. 위치도 강남 한복판에 있는 느낌이기 때문에 접근성도 정말 좋습니당 가격은 조금 있는 편이지만 그럼에도 불구하고 가격이 아깝지 않은 서비스 덕분에 행복한 3박이었습니다

I liked the cleanliness, service, and convenience of the location being nearby a lot of restaurants and places to travel. In addition, I enjoyed the amenities and complimentary offers including MoMA tickets and particular classes.

Staff was great, room was nice, even being in the middle of times square the noise level was very tolerable. Great place to stay and wonderful experience.

This property was great!! It was in a great location, steps within Times Square. Subway right around the corner. It was really quiet even with a nightclub on the property. The property is very modern and has a clean aesthetic. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is an oasis in a neighborhood that is otherwise best avoided. The staff is excellent and such a welcome and appreciated contrast to the swirling mass of zombie-like tourists and aggressive street vendors in Times Square.

The hotel was amazing. The Staff goes above and beyond on each and every interaction. The room is immaculately clean and they come in to clean twice a day. The hotel always smells delicious and every area is kept tidy and clean. We have had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. It truly made our trip that much better.

Hotel was excellent. Very clean and their signature scent puts you in vacation mode upon arrival. Times Square desperately needs cleaned up though

The room was very small, but nice. It could use some hanging hooks to utilize the wasted wall space. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Location is super convenient, but congested in front of the hotel. Both the restaurant and the bar are extremely pricey. Beverages were ridiculously expensive. Thankfully, there are many options close by.

Got charged 200$ for the bar that we did not use. Called to dispute, request forwarded to "accounting" and have not heard anything. Toiletries were not refilled, complimentary water was refilled on the first couple nights only of our 5 night stay. Overall, average. Definitely on the low end of "Five" star hotels I have stayed at.

I love the perfume was used all inside the lobby and entrance. Breakfast area was fantastic. Highly recommend. Very clean, friendly, helpful and very polite people.

When we checked into the room their were contact lenses on the floor and also when we requested cleaning they did not put new sheets just put everything back in place to make it look like they did
