Very clean and comfortable hotel with a very good in-house restaurant. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping the room clean on a daily basis. The size of the room and all amenities were very comfortable.

My stay here was nice, the hotel was relatively new so everything else was pretty new and clean which we liked. The only thing that was a minor issue was that our room was near the staff room and sometimes it would get loud because if the staff walking in and out the that closet space.

Clean room, very nice hotel, luxurious. Very nice showers. Nice restaurant, but expensive. Good room service. No drinking fountains or vending machines. Pool hours aren’t open long enough. Noise in hallways can be heard easily in rooms.

I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.

The room was spacious, and clean. I had to request a few things upon arrival so not sure if it was really prepped for me but that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5. Had to request Body Wash, slippers, and a robe. Overall loved my room, people at the front desk were welcoming and nice. check in and checkout was easy. The on site restaurant was good for dinner great food and service. Brunch not so much, food was good but the service wasn’t that great, at a point they forgot one of the items we ordered and it wasn’t packed. They did not feel very welcoming. Would I go back to the hotel overall ? Yes :)
