It was very cozy. It was kept clean the bathroom was spacious. The lighting in there was amazing to do makeup in. The front desk and lobby service was great. They had a variety of breakfast options as well.

Let me just say this Hotel did not disappoint. The room was spacious and so very clean, the bed was comfy, it was also very quiet. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Parking was great, we parked right in front of the Hotel, for a fee of course. No complaints here, we enjoyed our stay!

The property is relatively new, and all rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly. The beds felt a bit small for two people. Parking can be challenging, though this is clearly disclosed before booking. While the neighborhood may feel intimidating at first, we did not experience any issues.

It is a modern hotel in a very good condition. The room was bright and modern. The cleaning staff is doing a great job every day. The service staff by the front desk is friendly and helpful. At breakfast, glasses, plates and cutlery are replaced by disposables. You can go by metro to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park in about 20 minutes. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and worn.

It is in the Hood. The view was straight to the dirty backyard. Noisy room. Breakfast was full of carbs, paperplates and plastic forks. The staff nice and helpful. Not a 3star hotel.
