"Hotel was very poor at realising that the room was FULLY paid for through Hotels.com, and charged a credit card for which they had no authorisation on THIS room.
Not impressed. Refund took 3 days to arrive in account. This should have been instant.
No apology given, and had to ring again the next day, even after explaining the situation to the checkout staff"
