we stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in the area and was very happy with our stay. Very easy to find from the main railway station and Metro, close to the city centre. Very clean and well looked after rooms, breakfast was very good. The staff on the from t desk and in the breakfast area were all very nice and helpful. Would be very happy to use again

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ok. There were also vegan sausages on request and soy milk was also available (rather than only cows's milk). The tv in the bedroom was really really slow and there wasnt room service available. Overall though, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay again based on this visit 😊👍

Holiday Inn was located at a good location with lots of restaurants walking distance. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. What lets it down is the rooms. It is so dated and needs some TLC. Bathrooms that are old with mold, room amenities that are old looking and generally just felt dated all together. One of the lift wasn’t working and I saw no one trying to fix whilst we were there. Lobby area was super nice and modern so I think they just need to update the rest of the property.

We stayed as a family of 4. We had a double bed and pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and tilted at the head end. When pulled out it left hardly any room for bags etc. Everything else was pretty standard. Unfortunately the shower cubicle had a lot of mould. The breakfast was very basic and the fruit and hash browns were questionable. Due to location the area was quite noisy especially on a warm weekend with windows open for ventilation. We knew we were paying cheap’ish’ so didnt expect much but the hotel was a good location for our visit and did the job. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
