From arriving the staff were so polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and were very well stocked with everything you would need in a suite stay. The included breakfast had a great variety of both hot and continental items. On-site secure parking for £13 was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Large rooms. But I didn't use the kitchen, large refrigerator, and few of the amenities possible. The breakfasts were great. The site was close to University Building 1 where an additional breakfast, lunches and most dinners were furnished. My Building 1 business meeting was held up the small hill nearby, and less than a 10-minute walk. It was good weather, and I visited down the hill to the Staybridge and walked into town three times during the 5 days, returning after dark just for the exercise.

We had a great stay , staff were amazing, very helpful especially when I had a wardrobe malfunction and helped me with safety pins even in the correct colour of my outfit (black) . Room was perfect had everything we needed , breakfast was great ,definitely we will be back

It’s always a great stay at the Staybridge. We get a great welcome and as we’re relatively frequent visitors, we are recognised. The property is close to the metro so travelling from there to Tynemouth is easy. Close to the river for lovely walks.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Been here several times over the years and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and there's always plenty of space to park the car. The rooms are spacious with a good living area and nice beds.

This place is a real find, exceeding my expectations! The price is excellent for what you get - the rooms are very clean and comfortable, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and only 15 minutes walk from the train station and central Newcastle. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Staybridge suites and will definitely be back
