Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you had this experience with us on your visit.
First of all I would like to apologise for the no toilet roll in the room. Our house keeping have been informed of this as they follow a check list for each room and this should have been included. All our rooms lock with the key provided and if not we would have been more than happy to assist you.
Regarding the pigeon in the rooms, our windows for health and safety purposes have restricted open access which open slightly which I believe wont fit a bird through the gap and our housekeeping never made us aware of this. Our staff would have been more than happy to assist in removing the pigeon out of your room.
With our Hotel being fully booked and your booking request for a 5 bed room we can only apologise for your room being on the 2nd floor. If assistance was needed then our hotel staff would have been more than happy to assist you in this.
Our hotel has just recently changed management and we value your feedback as we are looking at enhancing our guest experience during their stay. We have reviewed your feedback and rectified all the points raised.
