“It was ok the house was clean and modern but my room had some issues that were never resolved No blinds on the window.. then i found them in drawer Headboard broken Temperature knob for radiator snapped off”

“The kitchen was very dirty there were no cups or plates or knives or spoons or forks in the kitchen. No pans or one very dirty pan. I had to clean the micro-wave. I made an complaint about that but they did not do anything about the situation. The floor of the bedroom was full of stains, bathroom door was dirty. ”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. ”

“We loved staying in this house. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the house as a base for Alton Towers which was a 25 minute drive away. We was left a welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated, and noticed the little touches like travel cots and high chairs, and a play room at the back of the house so perfect for families. There was room on the drive for 2 cars. We had a little issue when we was there and I was able to call the owner right...

“Comfortable room to stay in but not cleaned properly at all. Shower head was also broken so difficult to shower. Will try again as still a convenient location to be in. ”

“It wasn’t a bad stay, I would say. Clean,safe, no issues. ”

“Unable to be checked-in anytime after 4 p.m. when I arrived there. And also told by others who live there (not the owner) that my room will not have an en-suite bathroom either. ”
