Stunning views and great tasting food, what let it down for us was the rude lady (ava) at check in who rolled her eyes at us when we wanted to move rooms due to the constant banging and glass bottle breaking from the bar down stairs.
Music from downstaits actually drowned out the TV it was that loud.
Staff outside could be heard spitting on the ground which was disgusting.
Room keys did not work every time we returned so had to be remagnitised every time we returned.
This was supposed to be a relaxing spa break but was ruined by one member of staff being extremely unfriendly and the above mentioned room issues.
Spa was very nice however pool was extreemly cold.
I do not normally complain or leave negative feedback but for a 3 day break at over £800, i expect and do normally receive much better standards and service.
