It was very quiet. And room was vert clean and new. There are two issues. One : No rinse was filled. Two: WiFi was not free, and need to apply membership.

Good hotel stay. Charges $16 per night for parking which is high. Service at the restaurant for breakfast is much better than dinner. Menu for breakfast is also much better than dinner menu.

It is a very large property. The hotel charges for parking which is unusual and annoying. It is their own parking lot that they charge you to park at. .

Paying for parking is something I haven’t experienced at any other hotels in the Boston area or other large cities. It is a ridiculous additional charge. Just for profits as far as I am concerned. Not patron friendly at all

Very clean, quiet, privacy; there is a charge of $16 per day for parking, and $10.57 per day for internet access. Kind of away from shopping places or restaurant. Need a car

We had a bad experience getting into our room upon arrival. Our card key would not open our room door. I went back to the front desk (4 floors up) and they “rewrote” the card key. When I tried the “new” key I had the same problem. I went back to the front desk and they “rewrote” the card key again. Again the card key would not open our room door. My wife called the front desk from her cell phone and was told an “engineer” would be by to help us. Twenty minutes later the “engineer” showed up and verified that our card key was no good. He was able to use his card key to open our door. The “engineer” said he would be right back. Fifteen minutes later he came back with a working card key. It took us 35 minutes to get into our room! Not good service!

The staff at the front desk was getting yelled at by another customer so we didn’t get to see the best of the staff, they gave us our door cards and they didn’t work so my husband had to go back to the lobby and was given a hard time though we were just in front of them not more than 5 minutes prior. The shower gel smelled like a bad wood cleaning product. The only breakfast option is a limited Starbucks or a $70 per adult/ $25 child buffet option. Overall the stay was nice, just had some inconveniences.

I arrived at around 0100, was sent to the wrong room, finally received the correct key after being told “you went to the wrong room” despite going to the room they had written on my key. When I entered the room the temperature was 89 degrees Fahrenheit and the comforter was ripped. I called them and they only offered to move me to a smaller (double bed versus king) room on a different floor at the same price. The parking is absurd. I can’t recommend that you stay away from this place emphatically enough.

We have stayed here many times as my son goes to the university in town. The rates have gone up considerably for rooms as well as parking. As a hotel guest i have to pay to park and then can't find a spot because of the amount of people there for events. The lovby is very crowded as well. Thos hotel always seems to be bustling so if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing spot, this isnt it. It is, however, conveniently located, the rooms are clean and well appointed and comfortable. The bar/restaurant is good but nearly impossible to get a table. I stay there a number of times annually, but decided to drive a little further to stay elsewhere for free parking and lower rates and less congestion due to events.

I don’t have high expectations of chain hotels but I also don’t like to see the toilet not properly cleaned. I also felt that for a King Room it was rather small and stuffy. I didn’t see options for streaming as but had read it was available. Cable options were limited and the concierge lounge was not even worth my time to visit. I did not explore the gym or the pool areas but was disappointed in the 16.00 fee to park in a parking lot that was clearly once free. Hotels capitalizing on something like that just comes across as nickel and dime people. The staff was pleasant enough and we skipped the continental breakfast. As far as bang for your buck I wasn’t overly impressed. I likely would not stay here again as I like a little more space in a room and definitely want the toilet to be cleaner than this one was. No one should ever have to see someone else’s poop splatter on the rim of the toilet in a room that was cleaned before hand and the fact that they put no garbage bag in their trash cans is a little cheap.

When 1 st checked in were given a dark dank small room on lowest ground level which was totally unacceptable . When returning to check in we were told we could be given a room that had only a one half length short closet. That was not agreeable and finally given a very nice room on the an upper floor . If rooms were available at that time why were we assigned a basement room ? Exhausted from our trip very disappointed and frustrated we had to jump thru hoops to get a nice room. We have stayed at other Marriotts and never experienced anything like this.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a good location away from road noise. Just a couple minor things were missed by housekeeping on arrival: no face cloths, no regular coffee. But easily obtained at reception. Also our thermostat needed adjustment by an engineer who was very competent and courteous and who solved the problem.

Highlight was Starbucks. The woman that runs it is professional, courteous and kind. On my checkout no one was at the desk or in the back and no operator could be reached by phone. When someone finally did arrive he was the opposite of the Starbucks person.

I was very upset that upon checking in I was told that the room wasn’t available to me because I had a dog. I purposely always talk personally with a hotel and inquire if all rooms are dog-friendly? And I wanted a room with balcony and a view. ALL of this was discussed with your representative on the phone. Instead I was put in a room 107 which literally shook as if we were experiencing an earthquake!! (laundry room perhaps?). For the price I paid for this room when checking in she said there was no difference in price - hard to believe. Very poor business practice! Marilyn Martz
