조식이 안좋고 좁아서 불편해요. 객실내에서 다른 방괴 연결할 수 있는 문이 있는데, 그 문때문에 방음이 안되요. 옆 방 사람들이 시끄러워서 새벽에 잠을 잘 못잤어요.

나이아가라 근처에 있는 호텔은 비싸서 주변으로 알아보다가 이 호텔이 저렴해서 알아봤는데 나이아가라 클루즈 타는 곳까지 15분(1km) 정도 밖에 걸리지 않아서 결정하게 되었습니다!! 또한, 클리프턴 힐까지도 10분(700m)정도 걸리고, 스카이론 타워도 8분(600m) 정도면 도착합니다! 그리고 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨습니다. -> 화장실이 깨끗하고 드라이어 바람세기도 좋고, 화장실에 수건도 2박 정도 사용할 양이 배치되어있었습니다. 다만, 샤워호스가 없고 천장에 매달려 있어 한국인으로서는 조금 불편했습니다. -> 깨끗하고 푹신해서 좋았습니다. -> 한국은 천장에 냉난방시설이 설치되어있지만 이곳은 라디에이터가 설치되어있습니다. 그렇지만 난방이 잘되어서 따뜻하게 잤습니다. -> 천장에 조명이 설치되어 있지 않아서 당황했는데 티비 옆, 책상 위, 침대탁자 위 2개가 설치되어 있고 이 중 두 개만 켜도 밝았습니다!! -> 냉장고가 없습니다.

Found a dirty sock in my room and carpet didn’t appear very clean. I arrived a bit early and called first beforehand to see if room may be ready a bit early, receptionist said no it’s not ready which was fine, however, she just hung up the phone after she said that (not very nice customer service). I was surprised how much noise from outside was echoing through my room. Beds seem quite old and hard. Remote control for tv was taped together.

Breakfast is on us - that’s how the hotel greets you in the lobby. They serve good items, not the cheap stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a King bedroom. The room was spacious, but is a little outdated. Thank goodness, the hotel is located outside the entertainment district.

I stayed the weekend of the eclipse. And while most hotels had raised their rates for event, the rates here appeared close to their normal rates for April. Only thing is the hotel is on a busy main street but once things settle down by 2am, it stays pretty quiet. Lots of food choices nearby.

Having stayed in many Days Inn motels over the past 30 years, this small hotel is much nicer than any of those. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. Possibly the firmest mattress I've slept on, but since that is my preference it was good. Location is excellent and within close walking distance of virtually all the points of interest. Chuck's Roadhouse is a block away with great beer and apps specials.

Loved this spot, only concern I had was the button for the public jacuzzi never worked correctly, other then that it was a lovely place! Breakfast was choice of bagels, cereal and banana bread, yogurt and other small treats, usually we ate out but good for a quick breakfast.

Our stay was good over all however the pillows are not so comfortable, too soft that it does not provide support on your neck therefore we end up getting a pain on the neck area

We've stayed here before when we visit my wife's dauhters in the city. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff friendly and efficient and the complimentary breakfast is very good. The beds are comfortable but the pilows need to be replaced as they are not very thick and provide little support.

For the price we paid this hotel is excellent, significantly exceeding our expectations. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a standard hotel washroom. The service was also great - staff were very friendly, available 24/7 and helpful - we forgot some toiletries and the front desk provided these to us for free. The pool has a hot tub and sauna which was nice and also very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the attractions are.

This property was disgusting, our room wasn’t even cleaned. There hair and dirt everywhere. The bedsheets weren’t even changed. There was lots of hair in the bed as well. Also, this is the first hotel that I’ve seen that did not have a mini fridge. And TV didn’t work, there was an extra pillow behind the chair on the floor in the corner of the room that was dirty. They moved us to a different room, and I asked them if this room was cleaned for sure. And they assured me, yes. We got into the new room and The Jacuzzi didn’t work, The TV didn’t work, There was hair on the couch and on the coffee table and on the kitchen table and on the end tables. There was hair on the bed and in the bed There was hair in the standup shower, lots of it. The shower obviously wasn’t wiped down because there was stuff all over the wall and the floor. There was sugar all over the table. The toilet was dirty. The toilet lid and toilet seat were lifted up. The toilet bowl was dirty. The toilet paper wasn’t fresh. Air condition was broken Just a very, very terrible experience and will never stay in this hotel ever again, because of all this it wasted so much of our time put us late for dinner at the keg and that was just across the street. We had to clean our hotel room ourselves because there was not even a safe in the room to put our valuables. And in the second room, there’s still no mini fridge. I would give the Hotel less than one star if it was a possibility. Very, very disappointed.

This was not our first time at this property. The staff are always pleasant and the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The free breakfast is always very good. Coffee and tea are available in the dining area 24/7. The only thing that we would appreciate would be a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Centrally located on busy commercial strip but only 2 blocks from access street down to the falls. Sound insulation in room was goid considering how busy the area was. Over a dozen chain eateries within footsteps of the front door. Off-site parking lot (included w/stay) wasn't too far away. Staff were friendly and answered questions about area. Breakfast was OK for being continental style. Seating was limited but elevator back to room was nearby.
