Large place but unkept and very dated
The home was very, very dated, cracks in wall, fllors and stairs extremely creaky, the one washroom had no running water and the tv only had a few channels. They had clean bedding and towels. Overall it was a great place for the size of our party...9...but between the outside not being clean and taken care of to the inside needing so many repairs for the $336. I paid for one night it was not worth it in my opinion.

Property is excellent for a family with great amenities, view and excellent breakfast. Recommend this over any hotel in Niagara falls for a family.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The host - Luca was very friendly and helpful. We had a great family time...
