We are saddened by your comments. At check in when asked, you indicated that you didn’t need a receipt. We always provide receipts to all customers. Not sure what issue you experienced with your room as it is rented every day and there has been no concerns reported either before or after your stay. Motel rates are typically higher on holiday weekends.

Thanks for staying with us. We are pleased to offer our guests the lowest parking rates of any hotel in the Fallsview area and allow you to park next to your room. Other hotels make you walk 3 blocks to get to your car.
